Privacy Notice
What this page asks for, what it is used for, and who receives it.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Before you start: this notice is incomplete
The full privacy notice required by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) has to be written by El Pairal Restaurante together with their legal advisor, and we do not have it yet. What follows does not replace it: it is an honest description of what this website does today with whatever you type into its forms, so you can decide with that in front of you. As soon as the definitive text exists, it will replace this page.
Who receives your data
El Pairal Restaurante, at Av. Miguel Hidalgo Pte. 402-A, Barrio de la Merced, Centro Histórico, 50080 Toluca de Lerdo, Méx., receives and uses the information you send from this page. You can reach us by phone at +52 722 232 8000.
What we collect
Only what you type into one of the site's two forms. There are no user accounts, we never ask for payment details, and we collect no sensitive data.
- Reservation form: name, phone, email, the date and time of your visit, party size, occasion, and any notes you choose to add.
- Private events form: name, phone, email, type of event, date, time, number of guests and — if you share them — the menu you have in mind, an approximate budget, and your message.
What we use it for
Only to reply to you and arrange what you asked for: confirming a table, putting together a proposal for your event, and talking to you about that request. Nothing else.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles from it, and this site neither sells it nor shares it with third parties for commercial purposes.
How it travels
When you send a form, the data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) through the technical provider that operates this site, whose only job is to deliver your request to the restaurant. It is never published anywhere on the site.
Cookies and local storage
This page installs no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. The only thing stored in your browser is the language you pick with the header switch, so that coming back takes you to the version you prefer. You can clear it from your browser settings whenever you like.
The map on the Location page is served by Google Maps inside a frame; loading it may send data from your browser to Google under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access the data you gave us, correct it, cancel it, or object to its use — the ARCO rights. To do so, call the restaurant and tell us which request you sent; we will handle it. The email address and the formal procedure will be published together with the full notice.
Changes
If the way we handle your data changes, we will update this page and the date shown above.
